Upon reaching a certain age, 40% of the world’s population began to awaken to “superpowers.” The police were completely overwhelmed by the massive outbreak of super-powered criminals, forcing the government to implement a new policy to combat these offenders and their crimes.
Thus, the state established the “Superpower Academy” to guide and train young people possessing these abilities. Those who successfully complete their training and graduate are promised excellent careers! If one can graduate as an “Agent,” they will enjoy the highest status and treatment the nation has to offer.
