Once, there was an evil organization known as the Empire.

A girl named Azusa Misumi was abducted by the Empire and, as part of their “Magical Girl Conversion Project,” was turned into a Magical Girl.

Azusa, together with a team of trusted researchers, established a magical girl organization.

By analyzing her own magical girl powers, they completed a system that could turn anyone with potential into a magical girl.

And so, magical girls began operating all over the world.

Eventually, a new magical girl was assigned to Azusa’s branch.

Her name is Magical Girl Winkle Topaz!
