This is the story of the battle between the Gandeat, a group of vicious modified criminals, and the countermeasure team, SIGNAL, in the near future.
Shirane Rikka, a genius doctor at SIGNAL, is troubled by the reality that dealing with crime every day is all he can handle.
Then, he hears the news about a group of high school students who have started a vigilante club at a school in a neighboring prefecture.
Rikka transfers to the school to guide them, develop their talent, and investigate suspicious characters.
